1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "mn880", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the mn880.io platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" — the mn880 website accessible at mn880.io, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related software.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account held by a Player on the Platform following successful registration.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonuses, as applicable under the bonus terms.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — any real-money stake placed on a sportsbook market, casino game, live dealer table, poker hand, or crash game on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by mn880 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of bets that must be placed from a Bonus award before the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required by mn880 before processing withdrawals or when otherwise triggered.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any act or omission described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all Platform timestamps.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create and use an mn880 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced. Players who are under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from mn880 or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of mn880 or any of its associated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

mn880 reserves the right to verify the identity and age of any Player at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents commonly requested include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Players who fail to complete verification within the timeframe requested by mn880 may have their Account restricted or closed.

3 Account Rules

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your mn880 Account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person.

If you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised individual, you must notify mn880's support team immediately at [email protected]. mn880 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player failed to safeguard their credentials or delayed in reporting a suspected breach.

mn880 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA significantly increases account security, it does not constitute a guarantee against all forms of unauthorised access. Players are advised to use a unique, strong password for their mn880 Account and to change it immediately if they suspect it has been compromised.

mn880 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that the Account is being used in a manner that poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mn880 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mn880 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion markups. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers from institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, and Islami Bank.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account Balance in real time, subject to confirmation by the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within two to four business hours, subject to the processing schedules of the originating bank.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. mn880 processes approved withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers and within two to six hours for bank transfers, measured from the time of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a current promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to account verification tier and stated in your Account settings. Unverified accounts have lower withdrawal limits until KYC is completed.
• Withdrawal fees: mn880 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which mn880 is not responsible.
• Pending bets: Funds that form part of an active, unsettled bet are not available for withdrawal until the relevant market is settled.

mn880 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used for a deposit before processing a withdrawal to that method. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and is not indicative of any suspicion against the Player. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mn880 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. The specific terms, conditions, wagering requirements, and eligible games for each promotion are detailed in the individual promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this section.

The mn880 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold stated on the promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is awarded as Bonus Funds and is subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

• Bonus Funds and the winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Only bets placed on eligible games count towards the Wagering Requirement. Certain game types — including but not limited to specific live casino tables, video poker variants, and low-margin games — may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• mn880 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the change.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in Account closure.
• A Player may only claim any specific bonus once, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Participation in a promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific promotion terms as well as these general Terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the mn880 sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are governed by the rules set out on the cricket betting rules page. In the event of a dispute, mn880's settlement decision is final and binding.

Casino games, live dealer tables, poker, and crash games are governed by the rules of the respective game as supplied by the game studio. mn880 does not modify or override the rules of certified third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Spribe, and Microgaming. All such games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or physical dealing equipment streamed live from certified studios.

mn880 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a manifest error in the odds, game state, or any technical malfunction. A manifest error includes but is not limited to: incorrect odds caused by a data feed failure, odds displayed during a platform technical fault, or odds that are clearly and materially different from the true market price at the time of placement.

• Bets accepted on mn880 are binding once confirmed by the Platform. Players cannot cancel a confirmed bet except where a cancellation option is explicitly offered by the sportsbook for that market.
• The minimum and maximum bet stakes for each market are displayed at the time of bet placement. mn880 reserves the right to apply lower maximum limits to specific accounts at its discretion.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market suspension rules. mn880 may suspend a market at any time without notice during live events. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets submitted during a suspension period are not accepted.
• mn880 is not responsible for any losses arising from connectivity failures, browser crashes, or device malfunctions that occur during a gaming session. It is the Player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection when placing live bets or playing real-money casino games.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mn880 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances including deposits, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under a false or third-party identity.
• Using funds deposited from a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not publicly available at the time of bet placement.
• Colluding with other Players in poker or live casino games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the Platform.
• Engaging in chip-dumping, soft-playing, or any form of strategic misconduct in the poker room.
• Abusing bonuses through hedging, arbitrage, bonus-hunting across multiple accounts, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine recreational play intent.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any criminal or fraudulent purpose.
• Impersonating another person, providing false identification documents, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location to mn880.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any aspect of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Publishing, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform without mn880's prior written consent.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the mn880 Platform — including but not limited to the mn880 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, layout, graphics, text, software code, game integrations, odds feeds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of mn880 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without mn880's express prior written permission.

Game content, graphics, and audio supplied by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Spribe, and Microgaming — remain the intellectual property of those respective studios. mn880 operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party studio content.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

mn880 collects, stores, and processes personal data as described in the mn880 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to mn880 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the footer of this website.

mn880 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections between your device and the Platform. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. mn880 does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform and process transactions (for example, sharing payment data with bKash or Nagad to process a withdrawal).

KYC verification documents submitted to mn880 are retained for a period required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and are stored securely with access restricted to authorised compliance personnel only.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mn880 excludes all liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

mn880's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

mn880 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mn880 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, mn880 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

mn880 is not liable for losses arising from: (a) events beyond mn880's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or force majeure events; (b) your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials; (c) any third-party payment provider failure or delay; or (d) decisions made by a Player based on information displayed on the Platform that contained a manifest error, as described in Section 6.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

mn880 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms, engagement in Prohibited Conduct, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, account inactivity for a period of 12 or more consecutive months, or a reasonable belief that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity.

Upon Account termination for cause (including any breach of these Terms), mn880 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Balance held in the Account, including real-money deposits where they cannot be separated from the proceeds of Prohibited Conduct. Where termination is not caused by Player breach, mn880 will return any verified real-money Balance to the Player via the same withdrawal method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit.

A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting mn880 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawal of the verified Balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

12 Amendments to These Terms

mn880 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mn880 will provide notice to Players via the Platform — including a notice on the login screen and, where appropriate, an email notification to the address registered on your Account — at least seven days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes. mn880 maintains a version history of these Terms which may be requested by contacting support.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the mn880 operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. Players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and mn880 regarding the settlement of a bet, a bonus decision, or any other aspect of Platform operations, the Player should first contact mn880 support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. mn880 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five business days of receipt. If the matter cannot be resolved through mn880's internal complaints process, further escalation options will be communicated to the Player at that stage.

These Terms do not limit any statutory rights that Players may hold under the consumer protection laws of their local jurisdiction to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an admission of liability on the part of mn880.
